A simplified version of Sound Singing and Stillness is a sound bath from Kaile Dutton, The Multidimensional  Medium.  At this location we ask you bring a yoga mat, blankets, and pillow to support your own nest as there are only 8 spots availble - 2 chairs and 6 floor spots for nesting.
Enjoy healing melodic energies with Crystal Tones Alchemy singing bowls, singing vocalizations, and varying musical instruments.
